Health issues and exercise

Exercise is essential to keep the mind and body in good shape. If you're just starting after a long period of inactivity it's important to build up to 30 minutes or more a day.

If you have a history of health problems it's important to check with your doctor or nurse and tell them what you propose to do before starting. Take their advice before attempting any exercise.
