It's a Knockout

It's a knockout comes to the Tees! It's guaranteed fun and a great way for friends and colleagues to get into the Olympic spirit!

Teams of four will be receive a basic kayaking lesson and will take part in several fun-filled games on the mighty River Tees.

The event takes place on Saturday, 19 May from 13.30 - 16.30 at the Tees Barrage International White Water Centre.

Fit 2 Push

The Fit 2 Push programme is perfect for women who want to tone up after giving birth and there's no need to arrange childcare, you can bring the little one along! 

This activity is held each Monday's beginning 7th May, 10:00 to 11:00 at Preston Park (meet at the car park).

and Wednesday's beginning 9th May 10:30 - 11:30

Entry is £1 each session.

Tab-Tri Challenge

The Tab-Tri Challenge is an event covering 6,300 miles using only muscle power.

Why

To provide a medical centre for aids orphans in the slums of Kibera, Kenya.

How

  • Get sponsored to Run, Walk, Cycle or Swim your pledged miles, or donate £1 for every mile covered
  • Join a Special Event or fit your miles in on your own
  • Individual or team (maximum 4)

Cycle Sisters is a women only non competitive cycling group aimed at getting women back on two wheels. Whether you are a complete beginner or a seasoned cyclist just looking for people to ride with, this could be the group for you.

Fortnightly guided rides - Wednesday’s at 6:00 pm from the Hub.
Women only cycle maintenance courses.

FREE cycle maintenance courses

½ Day Course in Cycle Maintenance and trail-side repair
 
From punctures to headsets, bottom brackets to freewheels; all will become clear on one of the Hub’s cycle maintenance courses. Knowing how to correctly maintain your bike will keep you safe and save you time and money.
